WHO NEEDS MOTIVATION ?
Are you one of those people that can’t get out of the funk . Let me give you some helpful tips on motivation to get fitness back into your life . Give yourself a reward to meet a goal . Make it realistic , baby steps . When you reach your first goal reward yourself . One good way to keep on track is to sign a commitment contract in front of your friends . You can make promises all day long the research shows you’re more likely to follow through with pledges when you make them in front of friends. Your contract should show something like this : Any skip workout classes or training that you signed up for you have to pay $20 each missed work out . You’ll be richer in mind and body when you’re done . Positive thinking is huge . Visualize the end benefit . Money , is a big motivator you can also work out for a charity. Raise money for a run ! Now get going !!
